Overland Partners Endowed Presidential Scholarship

Feb 1, 2004 | EPS/EPF

The Overland Partners Endowed Presidential Scholarship was established by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System on February 1, 2004, for the benefit of the School of Architecture. Gift funds were provided by Overland Partners Inc. of San Antonio, Texas.

Overland Partners is an internationally renowned architecture firm based in San Antonio that was started by four friends who met as UT architecture students in the 1970s.

The firm has made significant architectural contributions to the UT Austin campus in recent years with the Student Activities Center and College of Liberal Arts building.

Its leaders and team members are active volunteers with the UT Development Board, the School of Architecture Advisory Council, and Texas Exes.

This new scholarship, which upgrades one from 2004, is awarded to students demonstrating excellence and future promise in architecture and design.
